What the waiting list collects
The signup form asks for four things: your first name, your last name, your email address and your phone number. There is no other field, and nothing about your health is asked for or wanted. Do not send symptoms, medications or medical history through this site.
What we do with it
Your details are emailed to one BONYAHEALTH address that the founders read. They are used to tell you when the center opens and to answer a question you have asked. They are not written to a database, not added to an advertising audience, and not sold, rented or shared with anyone outside BONYAHEALTH.
What the site itself records
There is no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising pixel on this site, so your visit is not tracked from page to page or across other sites. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark appearance choice, which stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
The signup endpoint keeps one short-lived file to stop the same sender submitting repeatedly. It holds a one way cryptographic hash of the network address the request came from, never the address itself, and nothing that identifies you.
Coming off the list
Email us and say so, and we will delete your details. You do not have to give a reason, and there is nothing to confirm or click through. The address is on the contact page and in the footer of every page.
When this changes
A metabolic testing center handles health information, and this policy does not yet cover any of that. Before the center opens, a full policy written with counsel will replace this one, and it will say what a community member record contains, how long it is kept and who may see it. Until then, this page describes everything the site actually does.
